et Commerciales (ESSEC), the first European

(AACSB). He has founded Safer America LLC in
June 2002.

Cyril Houri,
Operation Vice President
Mr. Houri was
educated in the elite mathematics and science
preparatory schools of Paris, France before
graduating with a Masters Degree in Engineering
and Computer Science from the National Polytechnic
Institute of Toulouse in 1992.
Cyril became a specialist of chemchal and
biological responsa material when he was in
charge of the operatoin during 2003.

Lionel Uzzan,
Vice president Intl Businesses
Mr. Uzzan is graduated from the International
Business School ISG with a major in Finance.
He was recently in charge of the management
and operations for Safer America LLC.

Charlie Benaim,
Emergency Preparedness Specialist
Mr. Benaim
is a former Israeli Defense Forces First Sergeant
with experience in chemical and biological
warfare. A native of Israel, Charlie spent
his mandatory three-year military service
as a paratrooper. He served in Lebanon, the
West Bank and Gaza strip. Charlie is a graduate
of John Jay College of Criminal Justice, with
a BA degree in forensic psychology. Charlie's
training in chemical and biological tactics
has civilian application, as he is part of
a Chemical and Biological Response Action
Team. Currently he is a law enforcement agent
working in the New York area.

Jonathan Elkoubi,
General Manager
Mr. Elkoubi
is graduated in Chemistry and Biophysics from
Bar-Ilan University in Israel. After working
several years for pharmaceutical companies
and major advertising firms abroad, Jonathan
came strong of his experience in personal
safety gained in various middle-eastern countries
to join Safer America executive team in 2004.
Since January 2005 he is in charge of the
corporate sales and manages the company’s
operations at our headquarters, located midtown
Manhattan.

Dina Rockhman,
Customer Service Manager
After working as a Customer Service team member for major investment banks in New York, Mrs. Rokhman joined Safer America and started managing the customer service at the 1st retail store of Safer America in 2002 in downtown New York city. Since 2003, she is in charge for both individual and corporate Customer Service departments.
