Our Story
After September 11th, our founder, Fred Samama came to the realization that he had two options : sit and listen to the confusing news and heightened security alerts, or do something productive. He also understood that the feeling of scare and anxiety that so many are feeling is rooted in the feeling of helplessness. Fred realized that the key in answering this problem is providing people tools, resources and solutions that negate the feeling of helplessness. Understanding our options and being prepared for anything makes us strong, he realized. On these premises, Safer America was born.
